The P.A. People Event Communications team have been involved in supporting various sporting events over recent months. These included the Women’s State of Origin, Pacific Test, Wallabies vs Ireland game and the State of Origin at ANZ Stadium.
The inaugural Women’s State of Origin was held on Friday the 22nd of June at North Sydney Oval. The Event Communications team supported the full sports presentation for the match which included the pre-game anthems and half-time entertainment, along with a full Clear-Com communications system. The support team consisted of an Audio Operator, Comms Engineer and two Field Assistants. A similar full presentation setup was also provided for the Pacific Test held on the 23rd of June at Campbelltown Oval.
The team were also involved in the Wallabies vs Ireland match held on Saturday the 23rd of June at Allianz Stadium providing anthem and sports presentation support. On Sunday the 24th the team also assisted with the State of Origin match at ANZ Stadium supplying a number of support staff.
