AVIXA™ is the Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association, producer of InfoComm trade shows around the world, co-owner of Integrated Systems Europe, and the international trade association representing the audiovisual industry.
VMA - Venue Management Association (Asia & Pacific Limited)
The Venue Management Association is the peak body for venue industry professionals in Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia with more than 700 members from diverse venue sectors.
Aceta
ACETA represents and promotes the common interests of and provides a united voice for the industry and its members in the area of audio, lighting, vision, staging, communications and control equipment, and the associated technology.
EVANZ
EVANZ is the peak body representing the venue industry in New Zealand with a membership of over 120 venues nationally, including theatres, event centres, outdoor stadia and convention centres.
ETNZ
Entertainment Technology New Zealand is a professional association of entertainment technology industry practitioners supporting people involved in the technical aspects of the theatre, event, and entertainment industry. This includes, but is not limited to, technicians, craft persons, and designers. ETNZ provides this support through professional development, advocacy, and safety.
VAPAC
The Victorian Association of Performing Arts Centres (VAPAC) is a peak body support network for performing arts venues. We provide this support through professional development programs and play a key role in developing and maintaining a vibrant and sustainable performing arts sector. VAPAC also drives touring opportunities via the delivery of Australia’s leading state-based performing arts market, Showcase Victoria.
ALIA
ALIA states that ‘we incorporate all aspects of production work and exist for the people who work in our industry; the designer, engineer, technician, roadie and general end-user.’ They raised over $60,000 through an auction for those who suffered in the bushfires of 2020, and organised ‘Light Unite’ to bring the lighting fraternity together and highlight their COVID challenges. They also were a key part of ‘We Make Events Australia’.
NAPACA
NAPACA represents more than 30 professionally managed and operated theatres across regional and metropolitan New South Wales and the ACT and has an excellent reputation with its growing membership and industry stakeholders.
NAPACA’s mission is to promote and foster a network of performing arts centres which strive for industry best practice in management and artistic programming of their venues.
Stage Queensland
Stage Queensland is the peak body for performing arts centres in Queensland and supports a vibrant network of members to provide quality arts and cultural experiences to their communities. Individually Stage Queensland members are primarily the main presenters and advocates of cultural product within their region. Collectively Stage Queensland members provide access to the largest presenter group of performing arts product in Northern Australia. Until March 2017 Stage Queensland was known as NARPACA.

The Australian Acoustical Society aims to promote and advance the science and practice of acoustics in all its branches to the wider community and provide support to acousticians.
Audio Engineering Society
The Audio Engineering Society is the only professional society devoted exclusively to audio technology.
