This church is located within the Wesley Centre in Pitt St Sydney. They recently undertook an upgrade to the audio, lighting and video replay systems for use by a wide range of events and in preparation to record services for later broadcast to their wider congregation.
The system needed to cater for both simple midweek meetings and lectures as well as weekend services where a small team of technicians run and record the services. To meet this need a simple AMX control system was used to manage the technical elements of the church.
In Presentation mode at the push of a few buttons the platform is lit, the lectern mic is live and the screen displays content from a computer for the audience or congregation. In Event mode the full flexibility of the systems are made available to the technicians to control the various elements of the meeting and the Room.
