Motorised Orchestra or Stage Platforms can be found in many performance spaces.
No two Orchestra Platform deployments are the same. Each building and the motorised platforms that are incorporated into the building fabric is unique – the geometry of the guiding systems, the design and storage of seating rostra, the types and locations of the safety systems, the configuration of fascias, inclusion of additional services and the design of removable handrails and barriers all require a bespoke design every time.
The P.A. People are well experienced in the design and execution of these motorised platforms. Our designs are based on specialist actuators from both Serapid (France) and Gala Systems (Canada) coupled with locally designed structures, transmissions, control and safety systems designed, engineered, fabricated and installed by our specialist Venue Engineering team.
