The P.A. People Event Communications team utilised a Yamaha Dante audio networking solution for the 2014 Sun Herald City to Surf. With 70,000+ competitors this makes it the world’s largest timed fun run. Audio for the event was distributed to several Yamaha Rio1608-D Dante 16×8 Stage Boxes, strategically located throughout Hyde park and along Macquarie St. Linked via several kilometres of fibre optic cables to we provided a programme audio for in excess of sixty distributed loudspeakers.
