[July 2025] – Vivid Sydney is an annual celebration of creativity, innovation and technology that runs every May/June.
Transforming Sydney for 23 days and nights, in 2025 for its 15th year, Vivid Sydney fuses art, innovation and technology in collaboration with some of the most boundary-pushing artists, musicians, thinkers and culinary experts of our time.
The P.A People is proud to be a supporting technology partner of Vivid Sydney, working closely with Destination NSW and other partners to provide a seamless experience for all visitors.
The P.A. People supplied communications systems for Destination NSW again this year, consisting of 2-way radios and integration of radios to the comms system. We also provided the CCTV overlay and integration of different landholders CCTV’s for them. We managed the distribution of signal for VMS signs as well as centrally controlled paging systems to all VMS signs, and ran the networked noise monitoring for various locations around the site.
Eat the Elephant was a key creative provider this year, and we were proud to partner with them to provide the following services at the spectacular Darling Harbour Cockle Bay Installation:
- Fibre Backbone
- Communications
- Radios
- PA
- Wifi
We also worked with the excellent folks at TDC, providing the PA for the following locations:
- ASN Clock tower
- MCA
- Customs House
- Maritime Museum
- Bond Building
- Bangarra Stargazer Lawn
- MLC Centre
- Challis House
This is the 4th year that we have worked with Vivid and we are looking forward to another successful event in 2026!
