The P.A. People Installs team were called to Luna Park to help with the refurbishment of the Tango Train ride. As part of the upgrade, components of the old audio system were partially utilised to deliver the requirements of the new system. Being an outdoor amusement park attraction, one main requirement specified by the client was, “make it loud”, and the team delivered.
The completed solution enabled the control booth operator to use wireless communication to talk to people on the ride and to control the music. The components of the setup consisted of four JBL Control 29 and a Crown Xli series amplifier which needed to be rehoused underneath the ride.
