Have you tried switching it off and on again?

Many PA systems today do what they do with the assistance of computers. These may not look like regular PC’s, but they contain similar components and circuitry…and sometimes, just like your home PC, they freeze. If your system stops doing what it should be doing, try turning the rack of equipment off. Wait for 60 seconds and then turn everything back on again. Now re-test your PA system and see if it has recovered. If you need to do this more than once or twice a year, let us know. We will need to send you a tech to investigate what is causing the problem.
