Brendan’s first experience of The P.A. People was at 16 years old, on a high school work experience placement back in 2009.  He was welcomed back to do some casual shifts during his school holidays and joined us as a full-time On-Road Service Technician Apprentice – straight after completing his HSC.  He completed the Certificate III in Electronics and Communications and his desire to learn more has not waned.

One thing we’ve noticed in particular, is that Brendan sincerely enjoys challenging himself by expanding his knowledge of current products and keeping up-to-date with advances in technology. He has completed many training courses over the years which have broadened his knowledge and skills – including AMX and Crestron Programming courses, numerous DSP and networking courses.  Along the way he has also achieved numerous licences to tackle any job that we can throw at him!

Brendan’s love for all things electronic began at a young age.  He demonstrates this skill and commitment not only during his work life, but also on his weekends.  His boundless energy is contagious and helps drive his terrific work ethic as he completes each job at hand succinctly, accurately and professionally – the first time.  One thing is for sure – all who meet Brendan are happy to work with him and also work ‘beside him’ and learn from his skills and desire to share what he has learned.

Some 12 years later, now as our Senior Service Technician, he has taken on the role as a mentor in assisting other service technicians to learn the ropes and he is ever so patient with office staff, ensuring they understand the reports they are writing based on the work he has just completed.  This in turn helps our valued customers learn more about how their systems work and how to make changes should they need to in the future.

Brendan is a valued member of our Service Team and we are so thankful to have him with us.
