Have you tried switching it off and on again?

Posted: 10 Dec 2014
Many PA systems today do what they do with the assistance of computers. These may not look like regular PC’s, but they contain similar components and circuitry…and sometimes, just like your home PC, they freeze. If your system stops doing what it should be doing, try turning the rack of equipment off. Wait for 60 seconds and then turn everything back on again. Now re-test your PA system and see if it has recovered. If you need to do this more than once or twice a year, let us know. We will need to send you a tech to investigate what is causing the problem.

Does your radio mic communicate at a frequency higher than 694MHz? If your answer to that question is ‘why should I care?’ then our answer to you is ‘it’s time to find out’. If you are technically minded you can read more about the changes happening across Australia here: http://www.papeople.com.au/index.php/sales-hire-service/spectrum-change . If you are one of those people who have no clue how or where the sound comes from when you talk into your mic, you may find it easier just to give us a call.

If this sounds like something you would like to learn more about, let us know you are interested and we’ll send someone out to check your current system and give you a quote.
